Affies
If you want to be affies with me, here are 3 rules! All sites is accepted: piczo, freewebs, domain etc..
1: You need to stay in touch with me. That means that you have to comment once in a while on my blogs, I will do the same to you. And a chat on msn or something would be nice.
2: Your site should be up and running. I don't like it when people are on hiatus for several months. Then I wont read your blogs or stay in touch.
3: You should have some graphics and coding skills.
